  • A dark room
  • Chair
  • Stop watch
  • Weak flashlight
  • Mirror

With all these items step into a dark room and stay for few minutes so that your eyes gets adjusted to darkness.

Now, hold the flash light across one eye, 6 inches from the face.

By continue shining the light, look in the mirror with other eye. Pupil in eye will contract and dilate.

If you’ve healthy adrenal glands, then the light will make your iris contract, making your pupil smaller.

Else, if the adrenals are weak, it will not be able to hold the contraction. So, it will contract immediately, but open within 20 seconds.

How to Recover From Adrenal Fatigue?

Take rest.

Like adrenal fatigue took time before showing symptoms, recovering also takes time.

  • Ingest vitamin B rich diet.
  • Consume omega-3 fatty acids included food.
  • Hydrate yourself with enough water.
  • Stay away from processed food.
  • Don’t keep electronic items on your bed and while sleeping.
  • Do regular exercise.
