You can use ginger in many forms such as tea, raw or ale. Ingesting this home available ingredient will help to release digestive enzymes that helps to balance stomach acid.
Chew small piece of raw ginger or add its extracts to black tea. Stain the pieces and drink to prevent vomiting sensation.
#2. Peppermint Leaves
Known for its aromatic smell, peppermint is extensively used for culinary purposes.
Drop few fresh peppermint leaves to black or lemon tea. Alternatively, you can apply peppermint oil on your gums.
