You need 2 eggs, 2 teaspoons of vinegar or lemon juice, 1 cup of olive oil or grapeseed oil, a pinch of sea salt.

  • Collect egg yolks in a bowl and add lemon juice to it.
  • Whisk them to make thick paste.
  • Slowly add grapeseed oil or olive oil while whisking constantly.
